New managed services offered by Ubersmith for subscription management

UberSmith, a subscription management leader for the cloud, announced today the availability of several managed services for customers to help them across its software suite, including upgrades and other services for its products and supporting software such as databases and operating systems. It is now capable of providing complete managed solutions to its customers all over the world.

“As a company, our focus has been developing our suite of software to support subscription billing, infrastructure and ticketing, which extends to a plugin framework for third-party software,” said Kurt Daniel, CEO of Ubersmith. “As we have evolved and today cover all essential business operations, our customers and prospects are asking for our help with installation and ongoing aspects for their critical implementations.”

Today, Ubersmith is going to make available three different types of core managed services, including the following:

  • Installation
  • Upgrades
  • Patch Management (for larger customers)

Additionally, the company is developing some managed services that are related to:

  • Configuration
  • Migrations
  • Monitoring
  • Premium Support and Troubleshooting
  • Security Services such as certificate management

The cost of managed services starts at $250/month.

Ubersmith is a well-known subscription business management software company that provides mission-critical abilities for device management, support tickets, billing, and customer relationship management (CRM) to cloud, SaaS, data center, and other companies. The open and scalable software suite acts as the central nervous system for its customer operations.

The company enables usage-based and recurring billing including turnkey billing for cloud services, virtualization, bandwidth, support, backup, power, and more. The platform provides over 100 built-in hardware, software, and service integrations, also an application programming interface (API) and a plugin system for further customization and integration.

In July, Ubersmith was acquired by Lumine Group and it became a part of its network of communications and media software businesses.
