Infratel Extends Parallels Partnership to Provide MightyCall Platform Integrations Across Hosting and Cloud Enablement Product Lines

Las Vegas, NV, February 5, 2013 –Infratel, provider of the MightyCall Platform, today announced the availability of integrations between the MightyCall platform and the comprehensive suite of Parallels Hosting and Cloud Enablement solutions including Parallels Plesk Panel, Parallels Automation and Parallels Business Automation Standard.  The integrations enable Parallels partners to quickly bring MightyCall small business phone services to market as a side-by-side offering in existing subscription, billing and provisioning systems. The announcement comes from the Parallels Summit show floor where Infratel is exhibiting at booth #209.

The Parallels Plesk Panel integration enables administrators to add MightyCall services to their Plesk application catalog making the services available to all of their Plesk Panel customers.  By integrating at the server level, MightyCall provides a new revenue stream for hosters of all sizes from adjunct services, a proven way to increase average revenue per user (ARPU) and reduce customer churn.
