Nasscom is excited to announce this year’s edition of its Future of Work surveys. The surveys delve into the intricate interplay of forces shaping the way businesses operate, the environments in which they thrive, and the people who drive their success in these changing times.
- The HR survey will help us uncover how businesses are adapting their strategies in response to the evolving landscape, reimagining their workspaces to foster innovation and collaboration, and harnessing the potential of their diverse workforce to achieve sustainable growth.
- The employee/student survey attempts to understand what employees/future employees are looking for in an organisation including key benefits, culture, organisational priorities etc.
Insights from these surveys will play a pivotal role in crafting strategies that will shape the future of work.
