Managed IT services provider CloudScale365 recently completed the acquisition of South Carolina-based service provider, Priorpoint.
Priorpoint is a managed cloud and on-premises IT services provider whose offerings align with CloudScale365’s cloud, hosting, security, and business continuity solutions. The company’s regional data center portfolio has also doubled with this acquisition.

In 2021, CloudScale365 expanded to the West Coast by acquiring two boutique IT services firms, Vandelay Industries and Vivify Group, which are located in Sacramento, California. The acquisition of Priorpoint expands managed cloud expertise for CloudScale365 clients. CloudScale365 provides services to 4,000 businesses, non-profits, and government agencies in 21 countries. It has more than 750 customers in the Southeastern United States.
