Cybersecurity provider Blumira announced the launch of the new managed service provider (MSP)-specific product features. These include a new MSP Portal, product enhancements to MSP offerings, and an educational Partner Marketing Kit. These resources help MSPs automate, streamline, and support their SMB customers in an increasingly challenging threat landscape.
MSPs can now manage their customers’ environments more efficiently and respond to customer requests faster with new features and resources, which in turn improves customer satisfaction rates.

MSP Portal for streamlining implementation and management
The simplified security information and event management (SIEM) setup and management for MSPs will enable them better secure and serve their customers. The new MSP Portal lets service managers and help desk technicians add and edit customer accounts quickly. It also gives MSPs a global view of their customers, by the organization and individual user.

Enhancements to MSP offerings
Blumira’s platform comprises built-for-MSP features and enhancements that help MSPs effectively manage, market, and sell security solutions. This helps them get valuable SIEM, detection, and response capabilities while keeping overhead and management low for both MSPs and their customers.
With the new email alerting enhancements, MSPs can scale their security management and streamline their Professional Services Automation (PSA) ticketing workflow. The updating of Blumira’s notification email subject lines enables MSPs to easily map tickets to their different customers.
PSAs can map Blumira’s findings to the correct customers’ service board by parsing the subject line. This enables them to quickly identify and send Priority 1 threats after hours, directly to on-call technicians for triaging and faster threat response.
Partner Marketing Kit
Blumira released the Partner Marketing Kit to provide MSPs with the tools they will need to get started and add security to their selling portfolio. These tools and rsources include “Selling Blumira: Step-by-Step Guide For MSPs”, Blumira partner support, customer case studies, compliance guides, and Blumira product decks, data sheets, videos, and more. These tools make it easy for MSPs to learn about security and to teach their customers about it. The tools also make it easy for MSPs to market and sell security without hiring additional staff.
