365 Main Opens its 17th Data Center in Emeryville, California

U.S. data center developer and operator 365 Main Inc. today announced opening of its 17th data center, located in Emeryville, California.

365 Main acquired the new data center from Evocative, Inc.

The Emeryville data center is located near 365 Main’s San Francisco headquarters and its San Jose data center and hence adds an important component to the company’s Bay Area presence.

Offering a secured site with complete redundancy in its power and cooling infrastructure, the new facility is well connected with several carriers, including AT&T, CenturyLink, Paxio, Verizon and Zayo.

“365 Main is excited to have another data center located close to its headquarters with the ability to support the demand from San Francisco and the East Bay area markets. Emeryville boasts an impressive roster of companies, many of which require flexible, reliable data support,” said Chris Dolan, CEO, 365 Main .

The other 16 facilities of 365 Main are located in Buffalo NY, Chicago IL , Cleveland OH, Dallas TX, Detroit MI, Emeryville CA, Indianapolis IN, Nashville TN, New York, Philadelphia PA, Pittsburgh PA, Phoenix AZ, Reston VA, St. Louis Silicon Valley CA, Tampa FL and Seattle WA.
