Rackspace acquires Exceptional Cloud Services; Adds Error Tracking & Redis-as-a-Service

Rackspace Hosting , the open cloud company, today announced the acquisition of  Exceptional Cloud Services and its suite of developer solutions, including error tracking and Redis-as-a-Service capabilities. The news comes a few days after Rackspace  announced major new features in its free and open source Rackspace Private Cloud Software, powered by OpenStack and supported by its own Fanatical Support services. SoftLayer and RightScale Partner To Spread Service
