Intel Unveils Details of 22nm Intel Atom Processors C2000 Product Family and 14nm Datacenter Products

Intel today announced that  it plans to “re-architect the data center” by virtualizing the network, enabling smart storage solutions and investing in innovative rack optimized architectures. With the new strategy, Intel aims to create  more agile, service-driven and easier to manage and operate  datacenters. Intel also  announced additional details about its next-generation Intel Atom processor C2000 product family  and  outlined its roadmap of next-generation 14nm system-on-chip (SoC) products for 2014 and beyond.
